Privacy is important. That’s why we never share, rent, or sell your contact information. We are committed to preserving the accuracy, confidentiality, and security of your personally identifiable information. We do this by using encrypted services, never storing full payment data, and omitting any personally identifiable information from our external communication with vendors and other parties.

THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT:

At the inquiry stage, we collect your name, email address, and associated event details. We never share this information without your express written permission, i.e. to communicate with another vendor such as a planner or musician. We never sell or rent this data to anyone for any reason. If at any point a payment is made, we never retain your full payment information, and any autopay services are safely and securely encrypted by our third party payment processor, Stripe. Images of clients are only shared with express written consent via model release.

HOW WE COLLECT IT:

Your personal information may be volunteered through our encrypted online contact form, collected by lead forms provided by other companies such as Wedding Pro or Zola, or shared by other wedding vendors.

WHAT WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION:

If we are hired for photography services, we may use your contact information to communicate relevant event details. We may also use information from your event to help tailor our services, marketing, or sales processes, i.e. guest count, venue location, and other non-identifying factors. Images from your gallery may be used on our website, in our portfolio, in our advertising, in publications, or shared with other vendors related to your event, so long as we have written consent via model release. Contact information and event information is securely stored in our CRM (customer relationship management) program. Payment information is securely stored and encrypted via Stripe. Images are securely stored on password-protected Pixieset galleries and in external physical devices. We never sell or rent any of our data to third parties for any reason.

WHY WE HAVE YOUR INFORMATION:

We need basic personal information like full legal names, email addresses, mailing addresses, and phone numbers to execute contracts for hired services. If we are hired for an event, we need the event details such as the event date, time, and services required in order to properly provide photography services. We securely store client galleries to use for advertising and publications in order to provide a portfolio for potential clients, to advertise our services, and as a record of our work.

HOW LONG WE HAVE YOUR INFORMATION:

Final edited images from client galleries, contact information, and event details are securely stored for the tenure of our business. Payment information is never kept on file at a company level. Any expired autopay agreements through our third party payment processor, Stripe, are retrievable for data purposes for the minimum legal requirement of 7 years.
